Every commission begins with your idea and is created as an original, hand-painted work of fantasy art.

Whether you're commissioning an original character, D&D or RPG character, book illustration, cover artwork, or a character from The Ever Hero Saga, the process begins with a conversation and ends with an original work created specifically for you.

Here’s how it works.

1. LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUR PROJECT

Every great commission begins with a conversation.

If you're interested in commissioning an original painting, start by telling me about your project.

You'll find the Commission Inquiry Form at the bottom of this page. Once I receive your inquiry, I'll review it personally and contact you to discuss your idea, scope, timing, and any questions you may have.

There is no obligation to purchase by submitting an inquiry.

2. WE’LL DISCUSS YOUR COMMISSION

Once I've reviewed your inquiry, I'll contact you personally to discuss your project.

We'll talk about what you're looking for, including the subject, composition, format, intended use, and any other details that matter to the artwork.

If your project requires reference images, character descriptions, manuscript material, or other supporting information, we'll discuss those as well.

This is also your opportunity to ask questions before deciding whether you'd like to move forward.

3. CHOOSE YOUR COMMISSION

Once we've discussed your project and determined the right type of commission, I'll direct you to the appropriate commission option in the store.

You'll be able to review the price and what's included before purchasing.

Your purchase reserves your commission and allows me to begin scheduling and developing your artwork.

Available payment options will be shown during checkout.

4. YOUR ARTWORK BEGINS

Once your commission is confirmed, I'll begin developing your artwork based on everything we've discussed.

Every piece is created as an original work of art. The composition, characters, atmosphere, lighting, and storytelling are developed specifically for your project.

Because every commission is unique, the time required may vary depending on the size and complexity of the artwork.

5. REVIEW & APPROVAL

During the creation process, you'll have an opportunity to review the direction of the artwork.

We'll make sure the piece reflects the agreed-upon details of your commission, and you'll be able to provide feedback at the appropriate stages.

Once the artwork is approved, I'll move into final completion.

6. YOUR ORIGINAL ARTWORK IS COMPLETED

Your commission is brought to its finished, presentation-ready state.

The completed painting is an original, one-of-a-kind work created specifically for you and your project.

For publishing and commercial commissions, final digital files will be prepared according to the specifications established for the project.

7. DELIVERY

Once completed, your artwork will be professionally reproduced for any agreed digital deliverables.

Your signed, one-of-a-kind physical original will then be carefully packaged and shipped to you.

Publishing and commercial projects will also receive the digital files specified for the project.
